The 42 Video and Written versions

The 42 ideals of Ma'at

The 42 ideals of morality as given to us by the Goddess Ma'at, wife of Thoth.

We say these 42 affirmations 3 times per day. It's constant confirmation of who you are or want to become.

We created this video to enable the viewer/listeners to say it along in a "call and response" type cadence.

We find this useful when driving or to utilize during some "mirror talk" time.

Give it a try...

Life is a lesson

Learn to see difficulties in life as tests with a lesson to be learned. Bad things happen to good people, it's a part of life. Don't get discouraged when life takes an undesirable turn. Learn what you can from every situation, good and bad. You'll eventually be able to laugh through it all... That's the goal

It's all a choice

How we react to our trials and tribulations is a choice... Learn to smile through adversity, it's only temporary. Focus on seeing the good in everything without compromising your peace and happiness.
